Sourced from a single-vineyard estate on the cool, sunny, southern side of Marlborough’s Wairau Valley nestled on the terraces of the Omaka River. Planted on free draining stony soils resultant from successive flood events and glacial outwash deposits over the previous 10,000 years.
Cool fermented in stainless steel with a variety of yeast to develop nuanced flavors and to retain the aromatic fruit characters; bottled young to preserve the fresh, vibrant style.
