This is one of our favorite sparklers! Not as sweet as a sparkling Moscato, but not quite as dry as Brut Cava or Champagne.
Not just any wine can be labeled Prosecco DOC. Named after the former village of Prosecco, now part of Trieste, the DOC is only produced here in Northeastern Italy between the warm Adriatic Sea and the chilly peaks of the Dolomites. The bubbles dance on the line between delicate and vivacious, with a creamy mouthfeel and notes of lemon, honey, and almond. A not too dry finish is sure to refresh!
